The protocol
Three steps. Zero middlemen. Every Zendetsu escrow follows the same on-chain pattern.
Buyer and seller define terms, amount, deliverables, deadlines, dispute rules. Everything is signed and recorded on-chain before a single token moves.
Funds are locked in an audited smart contract. Not held by us, not held by the counterparty. Held by code.
When the agreed conditions are met, the contract releases the funds automatically. If something goes wrong, the dispute path takes over.
When things go wrong
Most deals close without issue. When they don't, Zendetsu's optional dispute path keeps things private, evidence-based, and binding.
Either party can raise a dispute within the agreed window with evidence attached.
A vetted resolver privately reviews the evidence from both sides.
The decision is enforced on-chain. Funds are released according to the ruling.
